Before you start

Do I need to code?

No. Every course uses tools you set up by clicking and writing plain-English instructions. Where code would help, the guide gives it to you ready to paste.

Which tools do the courses use?

Mostly tools with free tiers, so you can finish a course without paying for software. Each course lists exactly what you'll need on its first page.

Is it safe to let an agent touch work email or customer data?

Only once you've set limits. Every build starts with the agent drafting and you approving, and the free Guardrails course covers approval steps, data rules and audit logs before you let it act alone.
